Shipping within the UK is Free with Royal Mail

Orders shipped outside of the UK are delivered by UPS and are fully tracked door to door. Standard International Shipping is £9.99 for the EU and £14.99 for the rest of the world.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email on the day that your order is shipped

Orders within the UK take 24 - 48 hours with a Royal Mail tracked and signed for service.

Orders outside the UK vary in time depending on your location but are estimated between 2 and 8 days on a UPS international tracked service.

Orders placed by midday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

For all EU member states and the USA we ship DDP which means that we cover all the duties and taxes and ensure your order reaches you without any additional charges.

Duties and taxes will be clearly displayed at the checkout when you place your order.

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable so should you wish to return your item we cannot refund these charges.

You have 14 days to return your item for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags remaining in tact and the items must be unworn and undamaged.

Please email info@seawashed.co.uk for our returns form. Once you have completed the form please return your item using a tracked delivery service. Returns are your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse. We require proof of delivery in the event of any dispute.
